Eye Opening
This is a carefully crafted coffee table book that is sure to make you think twice about what you eat. Why do we consider some things as food and other things as not food? This is one of the thought provoking questions posed throughout the book.
– Jac Alva; Artist, Curator, Art Instructor

Fun Coffee Table Book
I had a bunch of fun coming up with my own “Food Not Food” pictograms after I read this book. Well, in my head. The pictures in this book are fantastic. I’ve always been a fan of low-ingredient foods, but now I realize that the fewer the ingredients the more of a chance that it’s real food.

ABOUT THE BOOK

FOOD NOT FOOD is a collection of awe-inspiring pictures of natural foods alongside products that look like food, sometimes designed so cleverly to fool the eye, we don’t even question it — until we read the ingredients!
